Back End Developer

Well-capitalized/funded start-up seeks extremely talented Mid/Senior Level Backend Engineers. Our dynamic, early-stage tech startup is building a revolutionary platform poised to disrupt the industry. As our Backend Engineer, you'll be the cornerstone of our technical infrastructure, taking ownership of its design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:Translate product/business vision into technically sound and efficient solutions.Foster a high-performing backend team - be able to manage and prioritise objectives.Maintain a deep understanding of emerging backend technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and overall system functionality.

QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a backend engineer, proven in building and deploying production-grade software.In-depth understanding of backend development principles, including design patterns, and algorithms.Extensive experience with technologies such as Python, Java, SQL, Node.js - Go and Rust are a plusSolid experience with distributed systems, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and caching technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.A passion for building user-centric applications and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional technical solutions.Professional experience across the entire software development process, from the development environment to CI & CD, to production deployment, product and application performance measurementExperience in high pace environment, startup experience is a plus
