Sr. Software Developer

Our client is looking for someone to work on their internal flagship application, building new features and supporting operations.

Visa Sponsorship is not currently available.We are not able to work C2C. This is a full-time permanent position.

Position Description:Maintain a hands-on approach in our ASP.NET, C#, and MySQL stack.Oversee the software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Assist in growing and managing the team of in-house and contract developers. Share your knowledge, inspire, and help resolve technical challenges.Streamline our development and operational processes. Help us build, deploy, and monitor our applications more efficiently.Work closely with department managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet business needs and user expectations.Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new tools and practices to keep us at the forefront.

Required:A friendly, communicative person who enjoys working in a team, able to communicate well in English (written and verbal).Proven experience as a Lead Developer, or similar role in software development teams. 7+ years development, 3+ years leadership experience.Strong proficiency in ASP.Net, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs.Strong proficiency with relational databases: mySQL, SQL Server, or similar.Experience managing both in-house and remote, contract development teams.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices, experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, etc.), CI/CD.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
