AWS ML Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Spark ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models using Spark and SparkML on the AWS platform. This role involves working closely with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions using SparkML and PySpark on AWS.Develop data processing and transformation scripts using Scala and PySpark.Collaborate with data scientists to understand, implement, and deploy machine learning models.Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency in the AWS environment.Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data processing lifecycle.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into the larger ecosystem.Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and cloud computing.

Skills you bring with you:Strong experience with Apache Spark and SparkML.Proficiency in Scala and PySpark.Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly those related to data processing and machine learning (e.g., EMR, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ Years of ML experience2+ Years of AWS experience

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $130,000 - $180,000 annually + bonuses + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.
