The Software Developer/Programmer is responsible for coding, writing, testing, and maintaining a program. They use the requirements gathering and analysis performed by the systems analyst as a basis.

Mastery of vertical and horizontal scaling of databasesUnderstanding of messaging architecture for asynchronous callsProficiency in machine performance, from good memory management to efficient use of processingAbility to delegate tasks to other developersMastery of vertical and horizontal server scalingIn-depth knowledge of operating systems, threads, processes, and related topicsExpertise in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices)Ability to perform machine clusteringExperience with the VTEX platform and its offered APIsDevelop infrastructure and deployment strategies focused on continuous delivery (CI/CD)
