Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain efficient Ruby on Rails applicationsDevelop scalable backend services and APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new featuresEnsure code quality, performance, and securityTroubleshoot and resolve application issuesConduct code reviews and maintain best practicesRequirements:5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails developmentStrong knowledge of Ruby and the Ruby on Rails frameworkExperience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queriesSolid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureFamiliarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD, TDD, BDD)Communicate effectively in English with team members, stakeholders, and clients
