Job Overview:

As a Senior Python/AI/API Developer, you will play a key role in developing an AI-based platform. This role will involve advanced AI manipulation, prompt engineering, developing and maintaining APIs, and transforming large datasets to meet the platform’s needs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, AI, and complex algorithm development. Experience in financial software development is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and fine-tune AI models, including ChatGPT, LLMs (Large Language Models), and SLMs (Small Language Models), to integrate them into the platform.● Utilize prompt engineering techniques to guide AI models in generating tailored outputs.● Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for interaction with various platform components.● Handle and transform large datasets, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and optimal performance.● Develop complex algorithms for AI-based functionalities and data transformations.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and financial experts, to deliver effective solutions.● Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions in line with project requirements.● Must be available to work UK office hours for effective team collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience:

● 4-8+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on API development and data manipulation.● Extensive experience in AI-based development, including working with models like ChatGPT, LLMs, SLMs, and prompt engineering.● Proven experience in handling and transforming large datasets for platform optimization.● Expertise in complex algorithm development for AI and data-centric features.● Strong proficiency in API development (RESTful/GraphQL) and backend integration.● Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.● Must be available to work during UK office hours.

Desirable Skills:

● Experience in developing financial software or working on platforms in the financial industry. ● Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for automating document workflows. ● Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
