:🌟 Job Title: ServiceNow Developer📍 Location: Offshore (Hybrid)🛠️ Experience Required: 5+ YearsKey Responsibilities:🛠️ Utilize Expertise: Leverage extensive ServiceNow platform knowledge to develop, customize, and optimize applications, modules, forms, and workflows.💻 Scripting & Automation: Use JavaScript and Jelly scripting to automate and enhance business processes.🌐 Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers.🚀 Custom Solutions: Develop and implement custom applications and workflows in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM applications.📈 Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.🎯 SME Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM applications, providing expert-level support and guidance.🤝 Collaborate & Lead: Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.🧑‍🏫 Mentor & Guide: Mentor junior developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work.Qualifications:🚀 Platform Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.💻 Scripting Proficiency: Expertise in JavaScript and Jelly scripting to build and automate workflows.📦 Custom Development: Proven track record in developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows within ServiceNow.🔗 Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.✅ Best Practices: Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices.🌟 Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills for managing projects and teams.🎯 SME in ITSM & ITOM: Subject Matter Expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).🤖 SME in HRSD & CSM: Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM).Preferred Qualifications:💻 Additional Skills: Experience with additional scripting languages and frameworks.🎓 Certification: ServiceNow System Administration or Application Development certification.🔄 Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile development practices.
