Junior Yardi Developer Consultant

The RoleWe are seeking an entry-level Junior Yardi Developer to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has an understanding of SQL, and is enthusiastic about developing custom reports in Yardi. This is a great opportunity for someone fresh out of school or with minimal experience looking to grow their technical skills and gain exposure to property management technology.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating custom reports using tools such as SQL and Yardi’s report writing tools.Work closely with senior developers to develop customized solutions within Yardi to address clients’ needs.Support the identification of clients' operational needs for scoping.Assist in data staging, imports, and sandbox testing.Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases.Participate in remote training sessions under the guidance of senior team members.Help troubleshoot issues and perform basic updates to the Yardi database.Log progress and updates for internal and client review.

Qualifications:Basic knowledge of SQL to include basic joins, stored procedures, functions, and views (projects or coursework are acceptable).Interest in working with Yardi and learning its reporting and customization capabilities.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.Strong communication skills.Self-motivated and eager to grow in a technical consulting role.
