Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.· Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.· Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.· Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.· Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as needed.· Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions.· Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry best practices.· Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.· Should be at least CAD certified.
