Overview

Position: Full-Time (Contract)

We are seeking a ServiceNow SOMT Developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in telecommunications sales and order management processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow SOMT solutions for telecommunications sales and order management.Implement Catalog Modeling, Workflows, and Jeopardy Management for order fulfillment.Configure OLAs and SLAs for efficient service delivery.Collaborate on API solutions for integrated order management processes.Troubleshoot system issues and manage upgrades.Mentor junior developers.

Requirement Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in the telecommunications sector.Expertise in Catalog Modeling, Workflows, Jeopardy Management, and OLA/SLA configuration.Strong knowledge of telecommunications sales and order management.Experience with Javascript, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.Familiarity with CSDM concepts supporting SOMT Catalog design.Preferred: ServiceNow certifications, Field Services Management experience, and Agile development experience.
