As an Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing complex automation scripts and solutions. Your role demands extensive experience in automation development, proficiency in multiple scripting languages, and deep knowledge of leading automation tools. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation in our automation processes.

You Will Make An Impact By Being Responsible For

Designing, building, and deploying scalable automation scripts to streamline business processesCollaborating with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplementing best practices for coding and ensure adherence to coding standardsUtilizing version control systems and maintain thorough documentation of code changesSeamlessly integrating automation scripts with tools such as Automation Anywhere and UiPathDeveloping and maintaining reusable components and libraries for use across multiple projectsPerforming regular code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential improvementsProviding constructive feedback to team members and mentor junior developersContinuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of automation scriptsIdentifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and ensure efficient resource utilization

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of hands-on experience in automation development and deploymentStrong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and others relevant to automation.Proven experience with leading automation tools, including Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality automation solutions

Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database managementHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free workAbility to conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scriptsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in creating technical documentation and user manualsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentExperience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
