We are looking for a talented and experienced Kafka Developer to join our dynamic team remotely.Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Kafka Developer with 6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain our Kafka-based data streaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kafka, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based data streaming solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Optimize and tune Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.Implement data integration and ETL processes using Kafka.Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka clusters and related infrastructure.Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Kafka and data streaming technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Kafka.Strong knowledge of Kafka architecture, components, and ecosystem.Experience with Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka REST Proxy.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.Familiarity with distributed systems and real-time data processing.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of other messaging systems (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Professional development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
