Dotnet Developer- (Tech Lead)

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Dotnet Developer with 4 to 6 years ofhands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding,cloud technologies, and .NET API development, with a particular focus on Azure services. As a TechnicalLead, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects, designing scalable architectures,and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-based solutions.

Salary- Up To 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based applications using Azure services.• Design, develop, and maintain .NET APIs to meet project requirements.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all stages of the development lifecycle.• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Azure service offerings to continually enhance ourtechnology stack.Requirements:• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on coding.• Proven experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.• In-depth knowledge of all Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Functions, AzureDevOps, Azure Storage, and Azure App Services.• Strong proficiency in developing .NET APIs and working with related frameworks and tools.• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverseteams.• Understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Experience leading or managing development teams.• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
