Required Experience & Skills
• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering • Hands-on experience in WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (preferably version 7.0) / WSO2 API Manager (preferably version 3.0). (Recommended) • Solid programming skills using Java, Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP/REST Web Services • Minimum 1 full cycle integration implementation projects in WSO2 • Hands-on experience in designing and developing high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML • Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences • Hands On Experience in implementing service transformation, routing, enrichment and orchestration in WSO2. • Good working knowledge of proxy services, connectors, error handling, custom mediators and good debugging skills • Experience in securing APIs using OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc • Strong knowledge in REST API Modelling languages. (YAML/Swagger etc.) • Solid programming skills using Java, Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP/REST Web Services • Experience in installation / migration of WSO2 APIM and EI Products. • Experience in setting up Exception Handling / Logging / Retry Frameworks • Good to have knowledge on CI/CD Implementations for Automating the WSO2 dev, Production deployment activities. • Good to have knowledge on Writing Junit/integration test cases to validate the code quality and code coverage.
Professional Certifications (Desirable)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Practitioner /Developer • Certifications on Microservices / REST API Implementations
Key Responsibilities
• Development and Maintenance of WS02 Work Flows to accommodate Client’s data integration needs • Play an active role in requirements gathering , design and development of WS02 components • Figure out possibilities of developing custom connectors based on the open source ws02 source code • Branching, Tagging, Release Activities on Version Control Tools: Bitbucket, GIT • Support DevOps team in CI/ CD deployment from Dev to Upper Environments • Proactively analyse , fix production incidents in collaboration with ws02 support team
