About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have high proficiency in Elementor Pro and Jet Engine, with strong designing skills for creating landing pages, project detail pages, and loop template cards. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality real estate websites and microsites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design custom WordPress websites using Elementor Pro and Jet Engine.

Create and customize landing pages, project detail pages, and loop templates based on project requirements.

Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement new features and improve website usability.

Conduct website performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize loading speeds.

Implement SEO best practices and maintain clean, efficient code.

Integrate CRM tools and third-party APIs as required for real estate functionalities.

Manage website backups, updates, and security protocols.

Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and real estate industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer for at least 3-4 years.

High proficiency in Elementor Pro and Jet Engine.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Excellent design skills with an eye for detail.

Experience in creating dynamic templates and custom post types.

Familiarity with integrating CRM tools and plugins.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good understanding of on-page SEO and best practices for website performance optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the real estate industry.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with popular real estate plugins and CRMs (e.g., Sell.do, RealtyNA).
