🟣Project DescriptionAn international Investment Bank is enhancing its IT systems by introducing new technology and integrating with new third-party providers. Several projects will take place in the coming years, focusing on Trading, Market data, and Risk Management.

🟣Responsibilities- Heavy involvement in design, early prototyping and transformation of them into consumer features- Development of new services from scratch- Architecture of new end-to-end features for seamless and modern customer and employee journey- Performance optimization of high load systems- Usage of best practices for clean and maintainable code- Participation in peer-to-peer reviews- Usage of innovative and latest trends and frameworks- Active role in self-managed Agile environment

🟣SkillsWhat is relevant to have - 2+ years of experience in Investment banking- 8+ years of enterprise development experience. (JDK 8+)- Experience in leading distributed teams- Experience developing High-Load Systems- Working with Distributed Applications- Using Message Brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)- Setting up Cache/In-Memory Data Grids (Redis, Hazelcast, or similar)- Enterprise services (including monitoring, state management)- Expert practitioner of object-oriented techniques- Solid expertise in concurrency and multithreading- Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)- MS SQL Server- REST API- Experience with automated testing (TDD, BDD)- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Personal leadership: realistically identifies own skills, experience, knowledge and other personal attributes; displays confidence and resilience.- Planning and organizing: identifies and meets milestones; understands and articulates deliverables; assesses and mitigates risks; sticks to the scope of work and manages any changes.
