Full Stack Developer

About Us:We are a forward-thinking technology company revolutionizing the retail industry with innovative solutions. We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects, including cloud-based applications, mobile development, and PoS software.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.- Design, develop, and integrate backend systems with Spring Boot and security layers.- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) to build and manage scalable infrastructures.- Implement and manage cloud storage solutions (S3 or Azure Blob Storage).- Build user-friendly, responsive front-end interfaces using React Router, Redux Toolkit, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.- Contribute to mobile development projects (React Native or Flutter) as needed.- Enhance the core engine using VC++ (optional).- Work in an agile environment to continuously deliver improvements and new features.- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and work collaboratively with the broader tech team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and React development.- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Boot Security, and Cloud Storage (S3/Azure Blob Storage).- Expertise in React Router, Redux Toolkit, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and lead projects.

Preferred:- Experience with React Native (for mobile apps) or Flutter.- Knowledge of VC++ for engine development.- Familiarity with the retail industry and PoS software.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.- Eagerness to learn or experience with AI technologies.Experience with UI/ UX
