🟣Project DescriptionThe PMC application, Price Master Central (PMC) is a global reference data management application - responsible for sourcing securities/Pricing data from market vendors and internal sources and providing it to downstream clients after applying client specific rules.

🟣ResponsibilitiesPMC team is seeking an ETL Application Developer with experience in the range of 8-13 years. The team already has few developers who has knowledge on both ETL tools (Abinitio, Talend) and would like to onboard a person who can be a team player and helps and grows with the team. The person will be working on Talend application development. The successful candidate will be a hands-on ETL Talend developer interacting with development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, Quality Control and Change Control groups) for MC platforms. The candidate will work on new or existing applications and frameworks for data delivery and will be responsible for design and development of new models and frameworks. The candidate will have a strong understanding of how to build scalable, high throughput, enterprise level applications

🟣SkillsWhat is relevant to have - 8-13 years of strong ETL development and Architecting experience.- Minimum 8 years of hands-on development with ETL Tool Talend.- Good understanding of Securities and Price Reference Data system.- Strong Sql or PL/SQL Development skills and SQL performance tuning abilities.- Agile development experience and working with Jira- Ability to work on Talend CVM/EOVS issues.- Participate in Talend Upgrades or patches.- Design and develop database tables necessary along with constraints/indexes as per requirement.- Good Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Ensure automation through CI/CD across platforms both in cloud and on-premises- Maintain technical documentation for all packages, descriptions of the data and data structures including data definitions, metadata, data models, and data flow diagrams.- Should be working on Production Support for Talend applications and also Ab initio (would be plus)- Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

What is nice to have - Exposure to Autosys would be nice to have.- Understanding of Ab initio will be an advantage.- Good to have technical & programming knowledge with one or more- Languages i.e. Java,python.- Experience in change and release management is a plus
