Responsibilities

Analyze customer-specific code for upgrade requirements and effort estimation.Assist customers with the testing plan for upgrade-related testing per AUP methodology.Modify Umbrella delivered code per requirements in support of upgrade.Assist customers with installation of upgraded code and perform stabilization testing.
