Intern Software Engineer (Wordpress Developer)

SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and creative WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of WordPress development, along with some skill in graphics design and project management. This internship will provide hands-on experience in web development, design, and project coordination. Upon successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be offered full time position.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.Implement new features and functionalities using WordPress plugins and custom code.Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.Support the creation of graphics for web and marketing materials.Participate in project planning and management activities.Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.Assist in content updates and management on WordPress sites.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:Basic knowledge of WordPress development, including themes and plugins.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.Understanding of design principles and ability to create visually appealing layouts.Basic project management skills, including task prioritization and time management.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with PHP and MySQL.Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
