Angular Developer, Mid
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to modernize a system that will modernize and create efficiency in federal contracts management? As an Angular Developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer with the skills to support a modernization project to move from Java JSP, Bootstrap environment to an Angular front end.
This role is more than just coding. We need an Angular Developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, work with our UI/UX Design team, build reusable frameworks in support of the larger Program, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using Scrum life cycle development, Java, and web-based federal environments, you’ll work with the development team to increase efficiency and effectiveness of contract processing, build IT resilience and reduce risk from supporting outdated technologies. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, and future functionality and enhancements. You Have:
4+ years of experience with Angular Version 2 +4+ years of experience with Typescript4+ years of experience with CSS or SASS2+ years of experience with Bootstrap or USWDS 2+ years of experience with using Git for source controlExperience with working in an agile environmentAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
