JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Application Development Engineer who thrives in developing web and mobile applications, automating business processes, and crafting efficient workflows. If you are passionate about using your technical skills to build impactful solutions, this role is perfect for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Development: Use coding languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and Node.js to develop and improve web and desktop applications.Framework Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Flutter for cross-platform application development, with knowledge of Electron being a plus.Data Structures: Design and optimize data structures to boost application performance.UI/UX Testing: Conduct comprehensive UI/UX testing to ensure applications meet user requirements and deliver a superior user experience.Collaboration: Collaborate with management and team members to understand project needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals using tools like Teams and Slack.Problem Solving: Employ innovative problem-solving techniques to tackle technical challenges and enhance processes.Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education & Certifications: A degree in Computer Science Engineering is essential. Experience in building AI products and a background in a start-up environment are highly desirable.Technical Skills:Proficient in Flutter for cross-platform development.Strong command of JavaScript, CSS, and Node.js.Deep understanding of data structures.Experience with UI/UX testing.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in varied environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Attitude: A proactive, ‘get things done’ approach with a strong drive to contribute.Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective articulation and collaboration.Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills with a continuous learning mindset and familiarity with software development methodologies.Collaboration: Strong team player capable of aligning with cross-functional project requirements.
