About the Role:We are seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developers, Leads, and Architects to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving digital transformation in the ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps spaces, we want to hear from you!

In these roles, you will work on delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance organizational processes, from IT service management and operations to human resources and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development (Developer/Lead roles):Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platforms.Develop integration solutions with third-party applications.

ServiceNow Leadership (Lead/Architect roles):Guide development teams in ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.Lead technical architecture design and provide strategic direction in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps).Develop roadmaps and oversee end-to-end implementation from planning to delivery.Ensure platform scalability and performance optimization.Manage client communications, gathering feedback, and improving service delivery.Mentor junior developers and manage a collaborative development environment.

Requirements:For Developers:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.Experience with ServiceNow development (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages).Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration with external systems.Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.For Leads/Architects:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.Proven experience leading teams in ServiceNow solution development and architecture design.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including customizations, integrations, and automation.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Architect certification preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks.Experience with Cloud Management, Discovery, and Automation.Knowledge of HRSD processes (Case Management, Employee Portal) and SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response).
