Position SummaryAn exciting opportunity for a junior analyst/developer, reporting to the lead analyst developer and mentored by the principal consultant.
The successful candidate will be a vital team member and bring their analytical skills to various projects covering all aspects of an enterprise. You would be responsible for consulting with customers to develop ERP/analytic solutions that deliver insight, business intelligence and automation.
The junior analyst/developer will develop to provide expertise in ERP & BI analytic tools, providing on-demand solutions/reports and training customers, as well as executing ad-hoc development and analysis as required. There will be considerable on-the-job training and opportunities to significantly expand your role, ranging from more advanced development/analytical work to product and programme management.
This position would suit a candidate with experience in a similar role or a recent graduate who has completed an internship in a business setting.

This role will be remote-based.
The role may occasionally require you to travel for meetings, onboarding sessions and conferences. When working remotely, it is essential to have a reliable and performant internet connection that will enable you to participate in video conferencing.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as a critical resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to customersOperates as a key contact with customers to facilitate the delivery of ERP/business intelligence solutionsWorks closely on company projects to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensures deliverables are accurate and meet customer requirements.Utilises ERP/business intelligence tools across all departments and functional areas, providing configuration adjustments, detailed reporting and analysisAssesses ERP, analytic and reporting needs; in time, provides recommendations for enhanced solutions and specifications for ERP/business intelligence toolsSupports the delivery of ERP/BI solutions to internal and external customersSupports prioritisation of ERP/reporting needs across process areas to support deployment strategies and business needsSupports the development of protocols to extract data in a standardised process from a variety of data sourcesSupports development of prototypes and models for database, data integrations and data transformation needsMaintains and develops strong working relationships with business owners as a process advocateSupports the creation of speech and presentation materials for members of the management teamKeeps abreast of automation and digitisation trends
Experience & Education RequirementsExperience developing robust ERP/analytic and reporting knowledge is an advantage; otherwise, evidence of a solid analytic mindset and intellectual curiosity is essential.Ideally, training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer science through completion of a three/four year Bachelor’s Degree program.Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional problem-solving teamsPlanning, analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify and apply appropriate solutionsSolid business acumenExcellent analytical skillsExperience in relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server) and data management is desirable.Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. c#) is desirableExperience with statistical or maths packages (e.g. R Script ) is desirableExperience with business intelligence tools, capabilities, and best practices desirableKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel essential UK Driving License
